Our Housing Program provides safe, affordable, and supportive housing options for individuals, families, aging citizens, and members of the general population who are seeking stable housing or experiencing significant life transitions.

We offer both transitional and long-term housing solutions for individuals overcoming incarceration, domestic violence, homelessness, displacement, financial hardship, and other significant life challenges. Our program is designed to meet people where they are while promoting stability, dignity, independence, and a pathway toward long-term housing security.

• Shared rooms for individuals seeking a more affordable housing option.

• Long-term housing for individuals and households seeking ongoing affordable housing.

• Housing options for aging citizens who need safe, affordable, and supportive living arrangements.

• General population housing for individuals and families who may not be experiencing homelessness or a specific crisis but are seeking affordable and stable housing.

• Transitional and Permanent Housing: Provision of secure, fully furnished residences designed to promote stability and restore dignity.
   
• Income-Based Rent: Affordable rental options tailored to each participant’s financial capacity, supporting sustainable housing retention.
   
• Community Collaboration: Robust partnerships with nonprofits, faith-based organizations, reentry programs, and other other Independent living association to broaden resources and support networks.
   
• Individualized Case Management: Personalized, ongoing support to assist residents in goal setting, employment acquisition, and overall life stabilization.

We recognize that one housing solution does not fit everyone. Our goal is to provide flexible housing options that consider each participant's income, household size, personal circumstances, level of independence, and housing needs.  This program is committed to empowering individuals  to rebuild their lives with confidence, security, and a clear path toward independence..
